Brand new homes delivered to your site Valley Mobile, Inc has brand new homes for sale that we can deliver to your property. We offer several manufacturers to choose from, however we do not have a showroom to see new homes. We have available from 12 feet wide homes up to our largest a 28X80, over 2100 square foot home. Call for details. Financing available Valley Mobile, Inc. is now the local broker for Tammac Holdings Corporation, one of the leading manufactured home lenders in the industry. Tammac requires a credit score of 620 or better, enough income to make all payments and verfiiable income. We have applications on hand at all times for any of our homes for sale. We can also help if you found a home for sale on your own.
Home Inspections We always recommend getting a home inspection prior to buying a home. Prices usuallly vary according to the level of inspection done. We have a list of Certified Home Inspectors from the area to choose from. Appraisals We take care of the appraisal as well or you can choose your own appraiser. Every lender will have their own requirements on the appraisal. Appraisals are currently $300. Market Value Report Valley Mobile, Inc. has sold more homes than anyone and offers a market value report which can often be used for divorces/estate valuations or general information. It is similar to an appraisal however, we are not licensed as appraisers. The cost for this is $250 and are usually done within 48 hours of the request. Insurance Most Lenders also offer insurance for the homes or we can supply a list of local insurance companies that do insure mobile homes in communities. Service plans for used homes Feel confident with a home warranty service plans for your appliances, hot water heater, furnace. Prices vary based on the age of the home and other factors. Community Application Assistance Each Mobile Home Community will have their own application process. We will either have the application available to apply or we will have available the contact number to call for the information. Each community has different criteria for applying as they are owned by different people. All will have an application that needs to be submitted and approved prior to moving into the community. We are familiar with almost every community in the area and can assist you in this process.
